Today we did some team building exercises on an obstacle course. It was pretty fun. It was stuff like... get your team, gear, and certain object across this "mine field" (mulch pit) using only these certain tools and stuff like that. Other than that we've been getting smoked (in trouble and had to do push-ups) a lot because of stupid screw ups. We've been doing a lot of drill & ceremony (marching), because we're going to be in a parade. I don't know when or where, but it's to celebrate a new lieutenant colonel that's coming to this post.
I haven't been chosen for any leadership positions yet, but I don't want any right now... All these guys are still not disciplined and they are unruly. I'll get something once they see I'm a leader.
